Ms. Davis has more than 20 years of legal experience. Her areas of practice include healthcare law, business law, regulatory compliance, education law, and commercial real estate. Ms. Davis previously served as May’s Director of Compliance for several years, promoting corporate compliance throughout the organization. Prior to joining May Institute, Ms. Davis worked in private practice representing parties in commercial contracts and business disputes as well as complex real estate matters.
