Robyn Smith

Robyn Smith has significant work experience in the trucking industry, primarily with May Trucking. They started working for May Trucking in 1993 as an Owner Op Settlement Clerk before transitioning to roles such as Logistics Manager and Driver Manager. In these positions, Robyn managed freight flow, supervised drivers, and handled compliance issues and maintenance. In 2006, they became a Lead Driver Manager/Operating Center Manager before eventually serving as the Director of Driver Relations and Operating Center Manager. Robyn's main responsibilities in their most recent role were to establish and maintain positive relationships with drivers and collect data to understand their concerns and needs, aiding in recruiting and driver retention efforts.

Robyn Smith obtained their high school diploma from Lebanon High School between 1982 and 1986. After completing high school, they attended Linn Benton Community College from 1986 to 1992, where they earned a certification in Medical Transcription/Transcriptionist. In terms of additional certifications, Robyn Smith was honored as a listee by Marquis Who's Who in February 2023. Robyn was also recognized as one of the Top Women to Watch in Transportation by the Women In Trucking Association in January 2022. Additionally, they hold a certification in Medical Transcription.
