Agnieszka (Aga) Podgorska

Agnieszka (Aga) Podgorska has a wealth of work experience. From 2003 to 2021, they have held a variety of positions in different industries. Agnieszka (Aga) began their career at The Spirit Group, where they served as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist. In 2006, they became a Customer Success Manager at Alpha Materials Inc. In 2010, they completed an internship with the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, where they were a facilitator and co-founder of the Crime Victim Advocate Certification. From 2012 to 2021, they held several roles at agilon health, including Director of Human Resources, Senior Provider Network Specialist II/Customer Success Senior Lead, and HR Generalist/Senior Customer Service Lead. In 2018, they co-founded Blue Coast Window Cleaning and served as the Marketing/Sales/Contracts. In 2020, they co-founded Guardian Sanitizer and served as the Director of Marketing/Sales/Public Relations. Currently, they are a Care Management Administrator at MayaMD.AI.

Aga Podgorska began their educational journey in 2007 at Riverside City College, where they earned an AA in Criminal Justice and an AS in Behavioral Sciences. Agnieszka (Aga) then moved to California State University-San Bernardino, where they completed a B.S. in Psychology and HR Management in 2012. Agnieszka (Aga) followed this up with an M.S. in Certified Rehabilitation Counseling in 2014. In 2015, they attended the University of California, San Francisco and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Healthcare Management and Interprofessional Leadership in 2016. In 2016, they also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Finally, in 2021, they began a Marketing Management Certification from the American Marketing Association Grand Valley State University.
