Vicente Reyes

Vicente Reyes is an accomplished entrepreneur and operations specialist in the spirits industry. As the founder of Hermano Maguey Spirits Int since 2015 and cofounder of Mayawell since 2018, Vicente has played a pivotal role in the development of premium mezcal brands. Previously, Vicente served as Vice President of Operations & Sustainability at GEM&BOLT Mezcal + Damiana from 2016 to 2024 and founded Mezcal El Señorío from 1999 to 2009, where Vicente successfully launched the brand in multiple international markets. Vicente holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de las Américas, A.C. and completed further studies at RMIT University.
