Jerry Chan

Jerry Chan, FRM has worked in various roles in the finance industry. From 2013 to present, they have been Senior Vice President and Head of Product Development and Strategy at Maybank Investment Banking Group. In this role, they manage a team of project managers and is responsible for vendor and counterparty management, pricing and contract renewals, and oversight of US tax reporting and internal control. From 2011 to 2013, Jerry worked as Assistant Vice President in Market Risk Control at UOB, where they performed independent price validation. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they worked as Assistant Vice President in Risk Management at MF Global, overseeing credit and market risk for CFD, FX, and futures.

Jerry Chan, FRM, obtained a Master's degree in Risk Management from Monash University in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business System from the same university in 2005. In addition to their educational background, Jerry has also obtained certifications such as the FRM from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2014 and the PSPO 1 from Scrum.org in 2018.
