Ricardo Nicarnor Jacinto

Mr. Ricardo has been appointed as an independent director of Maybank Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, effective August 31, 2021.

Before taking a position with the company Mr. Ricardo has a long history of work and has served in leading organizations such as Director of Manila Water Co from 2011-2014 and Social Housing Finance Corporation from 2011-2012. Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Corporate Director (ICD) from January 2013 to December 2017 and October 2019, Mr. Ricardo was an instructor in the course of Business Administration at the Virata College of Business Administration (Bonifacio Global City campus) University of the Philippines. Mr. Ricardo has experience working in leading organizations such as AB Capital and Investment Corporation, Corporate Finance at Bankers Trust Co (Manila OBU), Ayala Corporation (AC), and AC Capital.

Mr. Ricardo also serves on the boards of directors including SBS Philippines Corporation (President), Maybank ATR Capital Partners, Inc (President and Independent Director), Maybank ATR Securities, Inc. (Independent Director), Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. (Independent Director).
