Molly B. is a co-founder of Healthy Lifestyle Inc., established in 2020, with a mission to inspire, educate, and enrich lives. Concurrently, since August 2014, Molly has been self-employed, focusing on cosmetics with Maybelline New York, providing personalized beauty consultations to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Previous roles at Maybelline New York include Store Manager from July 2008 to November 2013, where strategies were developed to improve performance metrics and maintain a collaborative team atmosphere. Molly began with the company as an intern, achieving a promotion to Store Manager within 180 days. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, obtained in 2008, and completed high school at The Brearley School.
