Valentina Lafont

Valentina Lafont is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in product operations and fund accounting. Currently serving as VP of Product Operations at Maybern since January 2023, Valentina previously held multiple roles at Juniper Square, culminating as Manager of Fund Accounting. Prior experience includes specialist positions at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing accounting teams for real estate funds to enhancing operational efficiencies through automation. Valentina also has background in property accounting and institutional investment portfolio management. Educational qualifications include an International Master’s degree in Finance from EADA Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
