Christie Jones McIps

Christie Jones MCIPS currently serves as the Global Head of Procurement at Maybourne since October 2025. Prior to this position, Christie held the role of Senior Director of Procurement for the UK and International at Tao Group Hospitality from November 2021 to November 2025. Christie's extensive career includes a significant tenure at Hakkasan Group, where roles included Director of Procurement for the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, as well as Purchasing Manager. Christie began a career in procurement at the Royal Garden Hotel, holding titles of Procurement Manager and Purchasing Manager from January 2003 to November 2012, and also served as Purchasing Manager and F&B Controller at Hilton London Paddington from 2000 to 2002.
