Rachel Louis

Rachel Louis is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Sales at Maybourne since April 2024, Rachel previously held the position of Senior Director of Sales at Preferred Hotels & Resorts from October 2022 to December 2023. Prior roles include Regional Director for the UK and Ireland at Orchidea Collection and Owner & Founder of Orchidea Collection from May 2013 to October 2022. Rachel's expertise also encompasses serving as Area Director of Sales for The Dorchester and its sister properties, Director of Sales at InterContinental London Park Lane, and Assistant Director of Sales at Maybourne. Rachel's career began at Morgans Hotel Group as Regional Assistant Director of Sales and included a position as Business Sales Account Manager at Tiffany & Co.
