Roland Fasel

Roland Fasel is an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Maybourne Hotel Group since April 2023, Roland previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at AMAN from February 2017 to January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager and Regional Director UK at The Dorchester from August 2008 to February 2017. Roland Fasel holds a degree in Hotel Management from EHL Hospitality Business School and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
