Amanda Beldo has a significant work experience in the field of instructional design and technical writing. Amanda started their career in 2000 as an intern and help desk technician at Deloitte Consulting. Amanda then joined Mayer Brown in 2005 as a technical writer and later transitioned to the role of instructional designer. Most recently, they held the position of IT Learning & Development Instructional Design Lead at Mayer Brown.
Amanda Beldo earned a Master of Science of Education (MScEd) degree from Capella University from 2020 to 2022, specializing in Instructional Design for Online Learning. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Oakland University from 1999 to 2003. Amanda has also obtained various certifications, including "Excel: PivotTables for Beginners" from LinkedIn and "Just-in-time and Just-Enough for Nomad Workers" from Vignettes Learning in 2023.
