Danielle White

Danielle White brings extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Mayer Brown since February 2015. Previously, Danielle held various roles at Rabobank, including Learning & Development Manager and Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager, where key contributions included managing graduate programs and designing L&D initiatives that reached approximately 9,000 employees globally. Before Rabobank, Danielle worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Talent Manager, overseeing graduate programs and stakeholder management, and at Clifford Chance as a Graduate Development Specialist. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and completed education at Mayflower County High School.
