Jennifer Parry

Jennifer Parry is an International Trade Associate at Mayer Brown, specializing in customs, export control, sanctions, anti-boycott, trade remedy, and CFIUS matters since March 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, where Jennifer provided advice on trade compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions, particularly in relation to the Hart-Scott-Rodino merger review process and CFIUS filings. Jennifer has also held roles including Managing Editor and Articles Editor at the Virginia Journal of International Law, and various internships, including Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Education and Client Relations Intern at A Wider Circle. Jennifer earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History, summa cum laude, from Connecticut College.
