Rob Curwen

Rob Curwen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, operations, and business improvement across diverse industries. Currently serving as Managing Director - Portfolio at Mayfair Equity Partners LLP since December 2015, Rob focuses on growth capital investments and buyouts within the TMT and Consumer sectors. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Angus Fire, where significant capacity expansion and product rationalization projects were undertaken, and Head of the Value Enhancement Group at LDC, emphasizing post-deal improvement initiatives. With a foundation in consulting through positions at Alix Partners and A.T. Kearney, as well as foundational engineering roles at Halliburton and Brown & Root, Rob's expertise encompasses strategic and operational transformations, project management, and functional excellence.
