Jennifer Rios is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing HR services across various educational institutions. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Mayfield Junior School of the Holy Child Jesus since March 2020, Jennifer oversees HR functions including payroll, benefits, and employee development for over 100 employees while collaborating closely with the Head of School and Director of Finance.
