Jennifer Rios

Jennifer Rios is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing HR services across various educational institutions. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Mayfield Junior School of the Holy Child Jesus since March 2020, Jennifer oversees HR functions including payroll, benefits, and employee development for over 100 employees while collaborating closely with the Head of School and Director of Finance. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology from July 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities encompassed HR practices and payroll management for over 400 employees. Jennifer's earlier roles include Admissions Coordinator and Technical Coordinator, marrying operational efficiency with specialized technical support. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Mount Saint Mary's University.
