Jonathan Chaffee

Jonathan Chaffee is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Operations Manager for Single Family Development at Zen Residential Ltd. since April 2019, where responsibilities include business planning and facilitating a software transition from YARDI to Buildium. In August 2023, Jonathan completed the Residential Real Estate Exam through RECA and aims to work with investors in the sales and purchase of properties within Zen Residential's Single Family Portfolio.
