Emily Ngo Chu

Emily Ngo Chu currently serves as the Director of Finance at Mayfield Fund since November 2023. Prior to this role, Emily worked as the Controller at Goodwater Capital from May 2021 to November 2023 and held the position of Controller/Manager of Reporting & Analysis at MAP Energy, LLC from February 2014 to April 2021. In these roles, Emily demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, partnership management, and preparation of financial statements. Earlier in the career, Emily was an Audit Manager and CPA at Deloitte & Touche from September 2006 to February 2014, specializing in private equity and venture capital accounting. Emily began the professional journey with experience in law career services and tax preparation during studies at Santa Clara University, where degrees in Accounting and Economics were earned.
