Sam Baldwin

Sam Baldwin is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a diverse background in leadership and management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Operations and Services Director at Mayflex since November 2021, Sam previously held the position of National Supply Chain Manager at Aldi UK from January 2018 to November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Ocado, Stock & Supplier Compliance Manager at Unipart Logistics, and Shift Operations Manager at Unipart Consumer Logistics. Sam began a career foundation through a two-year graduate scheme at Unipart, gaining experience as a Team Leader and Lean Practitioner. Sam holds a BSc in Logistics from Aston University and a Level 4 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply from Coventry City College.
