Garrett Daniel has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Counselor at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer. Garrett then worked as a Grounds Keeper at Blessed Sacrament School in 2011. In the same year, they held leadership positions in Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity as Treasurer and Risk Management Chair. In 2013, Garrett worked as a Financial Analyst at BB&T Scott & Stringfellow and later as a Marketing Director at Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.
In 2014, they joined Conrex, a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management, as a Financial Analyst and later took on various roles including Associate (Interim Director of Operations & Interim Director of Acquisitions), Investor Relations, Director of Asset Management, and currently serves as the Director of Investments. Throughout their tenure at Conrex, Garrett was involved in fundraising activities, client relationship management, managing investment portfolios, and overseeing the financial performance and business strategy of multiple portfolios of properties. Garrett also led the recapitalization of 1,225 Single-Family Rental Properties and supported the fundraising of over $1 Billion in equity and debt capital.
Garrett Daniel began their education in 2006 at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. Garrett completed their high school education in 2010, leading to no particular degree or field of study. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2014, Garrett attended East Carolina University's College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Managerial Finance.
