Katiya McKinney

Katiya McKinney is a seasoned business development and marketing professional with extensive experience in financial services and higher education. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Maynard Nexsen PC since July 2023, Katiya focuses on identifying new business opportunities and fostering collaboration among various practice groups. Prior to this role, Katiya held the position of Vice President and Sales and Marketing Director at Progress Bank, where a comprehensive marketing plan was developed for a $2 billion community bank operating across 14 markets. Additional experience includes roles such as Marketing Services Manager at Redstone Federal Credit Union, where a marketing research program was implemented, and Marketing Director at both Listerhill Credit Union and CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., where strategic marketing initiatives were executed for various institutions. Katiya holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Mississippi University for Women.
