Bridget Carolan

Bridget Carolan has more than 18 years of experience in various roles at Mayo Clinic Rochester, starting in 2002. Bridget held positions as the Director of Nurse Recruitment & Retention and Nursing Supervisor. In 2018, they joined Mayo Clinic School of Medicine as an Instructor of Nursing. Bridget also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Winona State University and Rochester Community and Technical College starting in 2017.

Bridget Carolan obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nursing Administration from Walden University between 2012 and 2015. Bridget is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nursing Science at Walden University, with an expected completion date in 2023.
