Mikaela Mitchell

Mikaela Mitchell, MAOA, PBT(ASCP)CM, currently serves as a Senior Operations Manager at Mayo Clinic Laboratories, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mikaela was involved in lab administration at the University of Kansas Health System from June 2020 to July 2021. A significant portion of Mikaela's experience comes from Quest Diagnostics, where responsibilities included Manager of Chronic Care Management Solutions, Senior Project Manager, Manager of the National Operations Contact Center, and Supervisor of Clinical Client Service from January 2005 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Mikaela worked as a Technical Assistant at Shawnee Mission Medical Center from 1997 to 2005. Mikaela holds a Master's degree in Organizational Administration from Mid America Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ottawa University.
