Barath Shreeder

Barath Shreeder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control and research within the biomedical field. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Control Engineer and Principal Research Technologist at Mayo Clinic since June 2015, Barath supervises laboratory operations, oversees BSL2+ experiments, manages controlled substances, and maintains inventory. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Research Assistant at VGTI Florida, where Barath contributed to human clinical trials in breast and ovarian cancer under the guidance of Dr. Keith Knutson, as well as a position as a Protein Chemist at FabGennix International Inc., focusing on antibody characterization. Barath also gained experience as an Independent Study contributor at the University of Texas at Dallas and as a Teaching Assistant, and completed a research internship at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
