Silvia D'Onofrio

Silvia D'Onofrio, PhD, currently serves as an Instructor of Healthcare Administration at Mayo Clinic and has been involved with Mayo Clinic Laboratories in a Clinical Specialty role since March 2020. With extensive experience in healthcare and diagnostics, Silvia has worked as a Corporate Trainer and Organizational Development consultant since 2002, delivering global training on Leadership, Change Management, and Emotional Intelligence. Previous positions include Diagnostics Territory Manager at SpectraCell Laboratories, Inc., where Silvia managed a $1.5 million territory, and roles in clinical education and pharmaceutical marketing with Atherotech, NeuroScience, Abbott Laboratories, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Silvia holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Change, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Spanish/Japanese.
