Nikolai Borg

Nikolai Borg has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Nikolai is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Nolimit City®, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Finance at Nolimit City® from May 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Nolimit City®, Borg worked at Maypole Group as the Group Chief Financial Officer from June 2019 to April 2022, and as the Group Financial Controller from January 2018 to June 2019. Nikolai also has experience at Henley & Partners, where they served as a Senior Finance Manager from January 2017 to January 2018, a Finance Manager from January 2016 to December 2016, and a Group Reporting Accountant from January 2014 to December 2015. Prior to that, Borg worked at Portman International as a Trainee Accountant from June 2012 to January 2014. Nikolai began their career at VSC Ltd, where they held various sales and management positions, including Sales & Business Development Manager from January 2010 to May 2012, National Sales Manager from September 2007 to January 2010, and Retail Store Manager from May 2004 to September 2007. In 2000, Borg started their professional career at Visco Enterprises as an Office & Accounting Administration Manager, a role they held until February 2004.

Nikolai Borg completed their education history as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the London School of Commerce in London, United Kingdom.

- In 2014, they participated in a Diploma Course in Taxation at the University of Malta.

- From 2011 to 2013, they obtained membership in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), specializing in Accounting and Finance.

Additionally, Nikolai earned a Diploma in Taxation from the University of Malta in April 2016 and became an ACCA member in December 2013.
