Shelly Ben Israel

Shelly Ben Israel has a diverse work experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Shelly started their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Manager in the Israel Defense Forces, where they worked until 2013. From 2014 to 2019, Shelly served as the Human Resources Recruitment Manager at Danel (Adir Yehoshua) Ltd. Shelly then joined Elbit Systems Ltd in 2019, initially as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later as HR Relocation until 2022. Currently, Shelly is working at Maytronics, where they started in 2022 as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and has recently been promoted to Head of Global Internal Communication, Wellness & Talent Acquisition.

Shelly Ben Israel attended Bar-Ilan University from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management.
