Selmir Gosto

Selmir Gosto has worked in various roles since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they were an IT Support Helpdesk at Open Universities Australia. Selmir then moved on to become a Graphic Designer, Content Editor, and Web Developer at the same company from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Design Studio Manager at Open Universities Australia. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Agile Product Owner at Open Training Institute, where they used the SCRUM framework to drive product improvements. From 2016 to 2018, they were the General Manager at rivero a&s d.o.o. and is currently a Senior Agile Project Manager at Mayven Development.

Selmir Gosto began their educational journey in 1999 when they attended Monivae College. In 2004, they completed a Certificate 4 in Information Technology & Web Design from Victoria University. The following year, they earned an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology and Web Design from the same institution. Selmir then pursued a Bachelors Degree in Arts Multimedia and Video Production from Victoria University, which they completed in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Selmir Gosto has obtained two certifications: a Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in 2016 and a New Manager certification from the Australian Institute of Management in 2012.
