David Higgs

David Higgs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Fabrication Operations at MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Operations at MEC from May 2020 to April 2021. David also served as the Plant Manager at MEC from September 2018 to May 2020. Before joining MEC, they worked at Key Safety Systems as the Global Director of Manufacturing Program Management from June 2017 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as General Manager at Chattanooga Seating Systems, President at GRA-MAG (Grammer / Magna), Director of Sales at Magna, Director of Manufacturing Operations at Meridian Automotive Systems, and Plant Manager at Eaton.

David Higgs obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lyon College, which they attended from 1984 to 1987.
