Carolyn Parker is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organisational development, employee experience, and people strategy. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Mayvin since April 2024, Carolyn previously held key roles at Moorfields Eye Hospital as Associate Director of Employee Experience, focusing on engagement and diversity initiatives. With a solid background in the UK Home Office as HR Director and Principal Organisation Development & Design Consultant, Carolyn excelled in driving organisational change and coaching senior leaders. Carolyn's earlier experience includes positions at TUI UK, Selex Galileo, and Caffe Nero, where various HR and management responsibilities were undertaken. Academically, Carolyn holds an MSc in People and Organisational Development from Roffey Park Institute, an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
