Sophie Tidman CPCC is a Principal Consultant at Mayvin, with a focus on leadership and organisation development since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sophie served as a Senior Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative from March 2017 to December 2019, undertaking various leadership roles including Head of Talent and Workforce and Deputy Country Head. A freelance consulting period occurred from August 2012 to May 2013, after which Sophie worked as a Policy Advisor at HM Treasury and as a Social Enterprise Consultant for Kampuchean Action for Primary Education. Previous positions also included Economic Advisor at HM Treasury and Economist at London Economics, with a solid educational foundation from the University of Oxford, where Sophie earned a 1st Class BA Hons in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
