Vishaak Kumar

Vishaak Kumar has a diverse work experience in the fitness and hospitality industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Duty Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where they created policies and systems for the flagship luxury hotel. In 2009, they became the Group General Manager at Zela Health Clubs, where they launched and managed luxury health clubs and a corporate wellness center. From 2015 to 2018, Vishaak worked at Fitness First Middle East, first as an Assistant General Manager and then as a Senior General Manager, overseeing multiple sites and achieving business targets. Vishaak then joined Les Mills Middle East & India as a Customer Experience Manager, responsible for driving club growth in emerging markets. In 2021, Vishaak became the General Manager at LVL Wellbeing, handling physical spaces and digital media production. Vishaak also worked at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism as part of the Stakeholder Engagement team in 2022. Currently, Vishaak is the Head of Operations - UAE at Mayweather Boxing + Fitness.

Vishaak Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued their ICSE & ISC education at The Valley School - KFI from 1991 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Vishaak Kumar has obtained several certifications in various business-related fields. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Business Development Foundations: Researching Market and Customer Needs, Developing Business Acumen, Logistics Foundations, and Product Management: Customer Development from LinkedIn. In the same year, they also completed the Customer Experience Manager Programme from Les Mills International. In 2018, Vishaak Kumar completed a certification in Creating a Business Plan from Lynda.com, and in 2016, they obtained a certification in Customer Analytics from Coursera Course Certificates.
