Ahmed Amin has a long and varied work experience. Ahmed is currently the Chief Growth Officer and Board Advisor at Mazadat since 2021. Previously, they were the Founder and Member of the Executive Investment Committee at AUC Angels since 2018. In 2022, they became an Investor at RaliCap and an Advisor at Ackoo. In 2020, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at GBarena. In 2021, they became the VP of Product/Growth at Paymob, a Paypal-backed fintech scale-up with operations in Egypt, Pakistan, Jordan, and Kenya. In 2019, they were the Founding Head of Product at MaxAB. In 2018, they were the Head of Product at elmenus. In 2017, they were the Product Leader at Kotobee | Digital Publishing. In 2014, they were the Co-Founder and Product at Homna.com, the first web application that introduced the online catalog service in Egypt.

Ahmed Amin obtained a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Cognitive Science from Leibniz Universität Hannover. Ahmed then went on to receive a Professional Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behaviour and Leadership from Hyper Island. Additionally, they obtained a Financial Valuation and Modeling: DCF, COMPS, M&A and LBO certification from Wall Street Prep in 2017.
