Marieke van Kooten

Marieke van Kooten has extensive experience in the field of taxation. Marieke is currently working as a Director Tax at Mazars in Nederland since 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Tax Advisor at Mazars from September 2017 and continued in an unspecified role. Marieke also worked as a Tax Advisor at Mazars, specializing in advising government bodies, foundations, and associations. Marieke has also served as a Member of the Board of Future at JINC since October 2020. Before joining Mazars, they worked as a Tax Advisor at de Jong & Laan from May 2014 to February 2015 and as a Fiscalist at BGH Accountants & Adviseurs from January 2012 to March 2014. Their early career includes a managerial role as a manager tax at Ernst & Young from August 2002 to December 2011.
