Juan Felipe Quintero Duarte

Juan Felipe Quintero Duarte has accumulated significant experience in the automotive industry since joining Mazda Colombia in July 2018 as an Ejecutivo de Producto for the accessories and boutique line, where the focus is on developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the product line nationally. Prior to this role, Juan Felipe served as a Garantías Engineer, handling warranty claims and quality analysis for Mazda products in Colombia, as well as initiating improvement plans with the headquarters. An early career at Sitel as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent provided foundational customer service experience. Academically, Juan Felipe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a specialization in Project Management from Universidad EAN, and a diploma in Big Data and Business Analytics from Universidad de La Sabana.
