Tomasz Nagot has extensive experience in marketing and product management. Tomasz started their career as a Country Sales Representative at JVC Poland, where they successfully created a national sales and distribution network for the car audio category, resulting in a ten-fold increase in sales and the largest market share in Poland. Tomasz then moved on to become a Product Specialist and later a Product Manager at JVC, responsible for sales estimation, purchase planning, inventory control, and profit and loss analysis. Tomasz also negotiated with headquarters in Japan to set quantitative targets and product portfolios for Poland. After leaving JVC, Tomasz joined Sony as a Product Manager for the Photo Category, where they led the market category for amateur and semi-professional cameras in Poland and the Baltic countries. Tomasz achieved a strong leadership position in the amateur segment and the largest European market share in the semi-professional camera segment. Finally, they joined Mazda Motor Poland as a Marketing Director, where they developed and executed brand-building strategies, maximizing brand perception, sales profitability, and market share through various marketing activities such as advertising campaigns, customer journey planning, and product launch management.
Tomasz Nagot obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Warsaw University of Technology in the years 1994 to 1999.
