Chris Morrissey

Chris Morrissey currently serves as the Associate Director of Data Science at Maze Therapeutics since October 2024. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Data Science at DNAnexus from November 2019 to April 2024, where focus revolved around Real World Data (RWD) and Real World Evidence (RWE) applications utilizing UK Biobank data. Prior to that, Chris led the Bioinformatics department at BIOAGE Labs and conducted postdoctoral research at UC Berkeley, exploring the effects of early life stress on brain structure. Additional postdoctoral work occurred at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, integrating various data types to study aging and its associated disabilities. Educational background includes a PhD in Bioinformatics from Penn State University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
