Winston Tse

Winston Tse is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in drug discovery and chemistry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Drug Discovery at Maze Therapeutics since February 2024, Winston previously held multiple leadership roles at Vir Biotechnology, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Small Molecule Drug Discovery and Vice President of Discovery Chemistry and Pharmacology from January 2019 to February 2024. At Gilead Sciences, Winston was a Senior Scientist from September 2003 to December 2018. Winston Tse earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from Scripps Research (1998-2003) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University (1994-1998).
