Lauren Gray

Lauren Gray has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren started their career as an Assistant Manager at Lakeview Enterprises, where they handled marketing, staff training, and customer relations. Lauren then worked as an Aerie Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters, where they focused on providing a positive shopping experience for female customers. Lauren also worked as a Receptionist at Peridance Capezio Center, ensuring smooth operations at a dance studio. Lauren gained experience as a Hostess Server at Republic Restaurant, managing high-volume crowd control and resolving customer issues. Lauren also worked as a Choreographer at Something Different NY, where they developed and performed commercial dance duets. Lauren then worked as a Front of House Recruiter at Evolve Hospitality, meeting recruitment targets and organizing candidate training. Lauren worked as an Office Manager at G3 Comms, overseeing daily operations and coordinating projects. Lauren also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Advantage Tech, specializing in IT staffing. Lauren worked as a Ballet Instructor at the Kansas City Ballet, sharing their dance expertise. Currently, they are working at Mazuma Credit Union, initially as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they facilitated the best possible match for the company, and currently as a Marketing Coordinator, focusing on marketing and campaign activities.

Lauren Gray attended Stephens College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Dance. During their time at Stephens College, they also pursued a minor in Integrated Media Marketing. In June 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP.
