Sameh Elsheikh

Sameh Elsheikh has held various roles in the past two decades. In 1998, they began their career as a Customer Service Senior Agent at B-Teck Stores. Two years later, they became a Marketing Coordinator at Trans Fair Group (Logistics Company). In 2003, they moved to Digital Sound as a Music Content Manager, where they were responsible for managing daily broadcasting playlists and organizing commercial deals with M.E. In 2014, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager and then Human Resources Business Partner at Digital Sound. In 2018, they joined Mazzika Group as an Organizational Development Manager/Executive Coach, where they created the Organizational Development function and led and developed a new strategy and executed a Leadership Development program that enabled employees to excel in achieving the organization’s business strategies. Sameh also audited the company’s HR and Talent Acquisition current practices, policies, and procedures and created an action plan.

Sameh Elsheikh obtained a Good degree from Cairo University in the Faculty of Arts - English Section from 1996 to 2000.
