Stephanie Robinson

Executive Pastry Chef at Mazzone Hospitality

Stephanie started baking as a child with her mother and grandmother and developed a love for it early on. At 34, she decided it was finally time to go to culinary school. During this, one of her instructors introduced her to Mazzone Hospitality and the rest is history! Stephanie began working in the Saratoga National Golf Club bakery in 2011. After three years, she moved down south and operated her own baking business for a number of years. In the summer of 2021, she moved back to the Capital Region area and rejoined the Mazzone team as Pastry Chef. Outside of the office, Stephanie has been teaching continuing education classes at Adirondack Community College on cake decorating techniques.
