Wilfred Burgos

Wilfred Burgos is an experienced machine operator and supervisor with a diverse background in the construction and security industries. Currently serving as a Machine Operator at MBA Building Supplies since August 2015, Wilfred operates equipment such as the Ermaksan 193 ton press break and oversees production documentation. In addition, Wilfred has been a Supervisor/Commanding Officer at Assertive Solutions Inc. since April 2014, responsible for training new hires, conducting performance assessments, managing hiring processes, and overseeing security operations. Prior experience includes machine operation roles at Precision Resource, Inc. and Compx International, where skills in operating injection molding machines and forklifts were developed. Wilfred holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Westwood College-O'Hare Airport.
