Bogna Antosiak

Bogna Antosiak is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Director of the eCommerce Department, alongside other directorial roles at mBank S.A. since March 2020. Prior to this, Bogna held multiple leadership positions at mBank from January 2008 to January 2020, including Director of Savings, Investments and Affluent Clients Department and Director of International Business Development, where responsibilities included project management for establishing a greenfield European bank and developing strategies for affluent client segments. Additional significant contributions include leading the SME Banking Innovations Division, driving substantial growth in customer acquisition, and implementing transformative projects within the SME banking ecosystem. Bogna’s earlier experience includes roles at HP and Philips, with an educational background featuring a degree in Econometrics from the University of Lodz and management studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
