Mikolaj Bak

Mikolaj Bak is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles in property management and corporate banking. Currently serving as the Head of Property Management Department at mBank S.A. since November 2024, Mikolaj has previously held significant positions such as Head of SME and Corporate Customers Department at BNP Paribas Bank Polska, and Head of SME at Nest Bank S.A. Throughout a successful career, Mikolaj has also worked at PKO Bank Polski and Raiffeisen Bank, where responsibilities included managing corporate banking sales and treasury services. Mikolaj holds a degree from Harvard Business School Online in Leadership and a degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics focusing on alternative sources of capital.
