Ivan Dumančić

Ivan Dumančić has a diverse work experience. Ivan began their career in 2012 as Head of the Nutrition Department at Kaufland Hrvatska k.d. In 2017, they moved to Pumpa Servis d.o.o. as a Professional Associate in Commercial, where they were responsible for sales affairs, field work, touring existing and finding new partners, and marketing activities. In 2019, Ivan joined Mbanq as a Help Desk Manager and QA Tester. As a QA engineer in the product quality control department, they were responsible for writing test scenarios and test cases, testing desktop applications, websites, and mobile applications, and communicating with clients regarding projects they worked on as a tester.

Ivan Dumančić obtained a dipl.oec. in Marketing from Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek.
