Nicolai Gvatua

Nicolai Gvatua has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Nicolai began their career in 1997 as a Senior SQE Engineer for Informix Solutions. In 2001, they were hired as the first Quality Engineering Lead for Entopia Inc., where they built the engineering organization from the ground up. In 2005, they moved to Hyperion Solutions as an Advisory Quality Engineer Lead, leading QE groups in Eastern Europe and in the US. From 2007 to 2020, they worked at Oracle as an Oracle EPM Cloud QE Sr. Manager and an Oracle EPM - QE Manager. Most recently, they have been the Managing Director of Information Technology at Mbanq since 2020.

Nicolai Gvatua has obtained a Certificate in SQA engineering and Six Sigma from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a Certificate in Quality assurance and engineering from the STANFORD ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgian Technical University.
