Sybel J. Pietersz Parker, RIMS-CRMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. They are currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Mbanq, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Farmington State Bank as the VP of Enterprise Risk from July 2022 to May 2023.

Sybel also held the role of Chief Risk Officer at Tricolor Holdings from March 2021 to October 2021, where they were responsible for managing compliance and operational risk. At Caliber Home Loans, Inc., they served as the VP of Operational Risk Management (Sales and Originations) from April 2020 to March 2021, leading risk management activities and implementing risk data analytics.

Sybel's experience also includes working at Exeter Finance as the leader of Enterprise Risk Management from November 2018 to April 2020. They were responsible for the build-out and implementation of the risk management program.

Prior to that, Sybel served as the SVP of Enterprise Risk Management at CoreLogic from August 2017 to November 2018. They designed and implemented an enterprise risk management program, partnering with the data governance team for effective control measures.

At Citi, Sybel held multiple senior positions from January 2013 to August 2017, including SVP of Operational Risk Senior Manager. They upgraded risk reporting for C-level executives and decreased production time. Sybel also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Risk Analyst from March 2011 to January 2013, where they managed and tracked audit findings and ensured completion of action plans.

Sybel J. Pietersz Parker, RIMS-CRMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University, where they attended from 1999 to 2002. In addition, they hold the certification of RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional, which they obtained from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) in August 2022.
