Wenbo Zhang

Wenbo Zhang has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Data Science Director at MBAstack. Prior to this, they worked at IAG Loyalty as a Data Science Lead and Senior Manager in Customer Insight. Before that, Wenbo was a Data Analytics Consultant at Group Transformation, BT. They also gained valuable experience at Ernst & Young, where they served as a Senior Analytics Consultant and Associate in Information Management & Analytics. Wenbo's early career included roles as a Quantitative Modelling Analyst at Aon Hewitt and a Summer Intern at the same company.

Wenbo Zhang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham in 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Financial Mathematics at the University of St Andrews from 2007 to 2008. Recently, they have been engaged in part-time PhD research in Computer Science at both the University of Kent (2019-2020) and the University of Nottingham (2020-2025).
