Adam Morris

Adam Morris is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the defense sector, currently serving as a Senior Principal Mechanical Architect at MBDA since October 2025. Prior to this role, Adam held key positions at Automata and MBDA, including Staff Mechanical Engineer and Principal Mechanical Engineer. With a background in composite design and launch systems, Adam has demonstrated expertise as a Design Authority for critical projects, notably managing the overall Canister system while leading the design for a Composite Launch Tube. Adam's engineering journey began with a Graduate Scheme at MBDA, where foundational skills in CAD design, stress analysis, and material selection were developed. Adam holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
