Balaji Dhanasekar

Balaji Dhanasekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in test engineering and quality assurance across various companies. Currently serving as an Equipment Testability Architect at MBDA since May 2021, Balaji focuses on the project's test strategy and BIT architecture implementation, alongside missile factory testing. Previously, as a Senior Product Test Engineer at MBDA, contributions were made to the design and deployment of advanced test systems, showcasing capabilities in soldering, QMS, and problem-solving under tight deadlines. Prior roles include Firmware QA Test Engineer at Tunstall Healthcare, Senior RF Test Lead at Teledyne Defence & Space, and Electronics Test Engineer at Multicare Electronics. Balaji holds an MSc in Communications Engineering from the University of York and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
